IT Procurement Supplier Relationship Manager

Fantastic opportunity for a IT Procurement Supplier Relationship Manager to join this growing Global IT Services organisation….

As the IT Procurement Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supplier selection and onboarding: Identifying and selecting the best Suppliers to meet the organisation’s needs and ensuring that they are properly onboarded.
• Assessment of Supply Chain: Assessment and rationalisation of suppliers across all regions. Identification of top tier suppliers and those critical to the business regardless of the spend.
• Contract and Rebates management: Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with multiple suppliers to ensure that they meet the organization’s requirements and are legally binding.
• Supplier performance management: Monitoring supplier performance against and ensuring that suppliers are meeting their contractual obligations.
• Risk management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating supplier-related risks to protect the organisation’s reputation and assets.

Experience required for this role:

• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, particularly in the IT Procurement space.
• Knowledge of cabling and infrastructure services.
• Extensive experience of managing suppliers and the onboarding process of suppliers at a Global level.
• Through experience with compliance requirements from suppliers including corporate responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proven experience managing Rebate programs.
• High degree of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office.
