A unique opportunity presents itself for an ambitious senior procurement professional to take the lead in driving Procurement Excellence and Operational Procurement Transformation across the End-to-End Procure to Pay (P2P) Process, Sourcing Guidelines, Performance Management, Sustainability and Tools & Systems.

This Prestigious Global Blue-Chip's state-of-the-art head office is based in London (Hybrid Working) and they are offering up to c.£90,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus (regularly achieved or exceeded).

P2P & Procurement Excellence Leader Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Procure-to-Pay: Take full ownership of the entire P2P process to impact business productivity and operational success.
  • Guiding Procurement Best Practices: As a custodian of the organisation's sourcing guidelines, you will champion transparency and cost effectiveness while embedding world-class procurement.
  • Ownership of Procurement Tools & Systems: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies, ensuring they support business needs effectively.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key business leaders to understand procurement needs, support transformational change projects, and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Performance & Risk Management: Lead efforts to monitor procurement performance, drive continuous improvement, and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
  • Leading Procurement Transformation & Championing Sustainable Procurement: Drive regional procurement transformation projects, implementing innovative solutions that future-proof procurement operations and unlock new value opportunities.
  • Operational Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee procurement operations, including supplier relationships, contract management, and invoice processing, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

P2P & Procurement Excellence Background:

  • Proven procurement experience and the ability to operate in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong background and experience in P2P transformation and driving Procurement Excellence.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive transformation in complex business environment.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and influence, whether it be with more junior members or with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop a long-term strategic vision whilst being hands on operationally.
  • Possess strong analytical and numerical acumen, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Resilient, Purpose Led, Agile and Driven.
  • Degree or equivalent. MCIPS or CIPS qualified.
