Locations: Hereford, Silsoe, Cleckheaton, Edinburgh (Hybrid working acceptable)
The Role
You will
provide contract reviews and commercial risk assessments,
set up and maintain project commercial systems
negotiate change events and final accounts.
audit and manage supply chain finances.
support and educate section, department and project managers in commercial activities.

Key Skills
You will
- be educated to degree level
- have excellent numerical and IT skills (Excel, teams, word and finance systems)
- be a good communicator;
- have knowledge of a wide range of contract types including NEC;
- have produced early warnings, compensation events and applications for payment;
- be able to demonstrate you can work confidently and professionally with clients etc;
- Driving licence and willingness/ability to drive
Desirable Skills
- Being able to use microsoft project/primavera etc
- Negotiation
- have undertaken quantity surveying on construction sites;
- have experience of producing and reporting on project finances
- Good time management
