A leading Civil Infrastructure firm seeks a Commercial Manager to oversee NEC contract management (NEC3 & NEC4 preferred) and procurement for major infrastructure projects. You'll manage end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations, and contract frameworks, ensuring best value while minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement commercial strategies.

✔ Manage NEC contract lifecycles and supplier negotiations.

✔ Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives.

✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Strong commercial background in procurement, contracts & project management.

✅ NEC3/NEC4 or JCT experience (public sector frameworks desirable).

✅ Infrastructure experience managing multiple projects.
