A leading Civil Infrastructure firm seeks a Commercial Director to oversee procurement and contract management for key infrastructure assets (buildings, tunnels, rail, and CAPEX). Managing one of the largest budgets in the commercial team, you'll lead a team of Commercial Managers, drive procurement strategies, and ensure business objectives align with contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand a team of Commercial Managers.
- Manage framework-level contracts and procurement best practices.
- Advise senior executives on infrastructure asset management.
- Work cross-functionally with project and governance teams.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ Extensive experience in procurement, contract management & NEC contracts (NEC4 preferred).
✔ Expertise in civil infrastructure assets (roads, tunnels, rail, etc.).
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
