The Role

  • Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will take full ownership of end-to-end sourcing, from supplier selection and tendering to contract negotiation and performance management.
  • You ll work closely with local and group-wide stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and mitigate future supply chain risks.
  • This role is hands-on and commercially focused, requiring someone with strong negotiation skills, excellent supplier relationship management experience, and the ability to deliver cost savings without compromising on quality.

What We re Looking For:

  • MCIPS or equivalent qualification with strong procurement experience
  • Proven track record of cost-saving initiatives and supplier contract management
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to assess supply chain risks and drive improvements
  • Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proactive and analytical, able to assess global supply trends and market fluctuations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic procurement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best commercial terms
  • Develop procurement, risk, and capacity strategies aligned with operational goals
  • Oversee tendering processes, supplier evaluations, and performance monitoring
  • Deliver detailed cost and risk analysis to inform business decisions
  • Manage and develop a small procurement team, ensuring best practices are maintained
