Key Requirements:

• Strategic Mindset with Proven Strategic Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that drive value, cost savings, and process improvements across the procurement function.
• Experience Managing Direct Spend in FMCG Procurement: Extensive experience overseeing direct procurement activities within the FMCG sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Ambitious Individual Seeking Growth in a Dynamic Team: A motivated professional with a strong desire to expand skills and advance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented team environment.
• Strong Negotiation Skills and Proven Supplier Relationship Management: Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key suppliers to secure the best possible terms and outcomes.
