Buyer - Software & Services UK Location: Stevenage or Bolton (Relocation Package available) Work Arrangement: Flexible approach to onsite and remote working, typically 2-3 days a week on site Salary: Up to 45,000 depending on experience

About the Role:
Are you a Software Buyer looking to step up into a Lead Buyer position? Or perhaps you're a Buyer ready to make your first move into Software Procurement? We are expanding our Software Procurement team, which manages IT and software spending across our global organization. This includes areas such as Enterprise Software, SaaS and Software Services, and Engineering & Manufacturing Software. Whether you want to specialize in one of these areas or broaden your expertise across new domains, we'd love to explore how you can fit into our team! We're seeking individuals with experience in software procurement-or those eager to learn-who can build strong internal and international relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Software Category Managers in the UK, France, and Italy by managing software procurement across the group.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to oversee procurement processes and competitions for software and services.
  • Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and partners to achieve effective procurement outcomes.


About Our Team:
Join a dynamic and supportive Software Procurement team of eight Category Managers and Buyers within the broader "Group Digital and Mobility Services" team, which includes thirty Group Category Managers, Buyers, and Early Careers Professionals. Based in Stevenage, Rome, and Paris, our teams cater to both local and group-wide needs.
