PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY - MADRID- + €90,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE

A world-leading FTSE 100 establishment with over 60,000 staff and a strong presence across more than 80 countries globally is urgently seeking an ambitious IT procurement specialist to place onto their High Potential Development Scheme. The successful applicant will enjoy a personally tailored progression plan towards Global Directorship, a budgetary remit of circa £150M+ and represent the IT Software procurement category across EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.

Required skillsets & experience:-

A track record of fast progression within your procurement career to date, coupled with a CV that demonstrates excellent personal delivery - e.g. spend, categories covered, savings

Advanced negotiation & stakeholder management

Strong procurement experience across the IT category including Software, Hardware, Professional Services, Telco etc

Desired qualifications:-

Degree from a leading university (or equivalent)

MCIPS & Prince 2 (or studying towards) preferable but not essential
