Job Details

An exciting new Senior Buyer opportunity with a world leading British engineering company. We are looking for an ambitious Buyer/Senior Buyer with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

This is a great opportunity to grow your experience with a respected engineering company who literally help to save lives.
 

You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing engineering products and services, and will be the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing relationships including performance against KPI indicators, proactively identifying and managing risks, and identifying new suppliers via tendering, RFI and RFQ exercises.

You will have:

  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Knowledge of SAP or related MRP/ERP systems and import/export requirements.

In return, you will be given the opportunity to grow your skills with personalised training and development plans.


There is a competitive non contributory pension scheme.

25 days annual leave with the option to buy more.

Hybrid working - 3 days on site and 2 from home.

Lunchtime finish on a Friday
