Telecommunications Commercial Manager - Full Time - Contract - Remote

About the role
As a Commercial Manager, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by being responsible for managing a portfolio of partners with the objective of ensuring all services provided by our partners are fit-for-purpose and cost effective. Where appropriate and in-line with ITIL best practices, you will also be working in conjunction with the internal stakeholders, having the objective of ensuring that the services provided, by our partners, are managed and measured according to the agreed contractual commitments. To drive continuous service improvement, for the benefit of our client, is a key responsibility of this role.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must haves:

• Extensive experience operating within a Management role, delivering mixed services.
• Mass exposure and knowledge within telecommunications, cable or similar industries.
• Excellent customer focused experience and appreciation.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal for internal and external audiences.
• Experience within professional services, working with volumes of services and contracts.

Other stuff we're potentially looking for:

• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office 365 packages.
• Having operated within an ITIL methodology.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Flexible and tenacious approach to work.
• Ability to make an immediate impact.

• This is a role with the contract either being 18 or 26 weeks.
• A day rate, in-scope IR35, of GBP275.00 per day (PAYE) OR GBP358.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art offices in Reading, Birmingham, Leeds, Slough or London, as and when required.
