Procurement Manager - FM and Equipment
Managing the commercial relationship and supply arrangements with maintenance, equipment and property suppliers
identifying improved purchasing opportunities across a range of maintenance services, capex investments, projects and products
implementing service-level agreements and contractual agreements with all maintenance contractors and suppliers
monitoring and managing supply-chain risk, price volatility and supplier's performance, in accordance with agreed contracts, service-level agreements and KPIsProfile
Experience managing FM/Equipment procurement, for all areas that would be in a pub/restaurant. Categories such as HVAC, cleaning, security, carpets, doors, chillers, freezers
Experience working with suppliers, setting up SLA's and contractual agreements to a large range of suppliers - an activity that hasn't been done previously
Able and willing to get involved in architectural/construction procurement when a new establishment is to be built
Able to work in Watford 3+ days a weekJob Offer
Salary up to GBP65k
