Contract Manager
Buckinghamshire
GBP50,000 + Car/Allowance + Package
Mainstay are working with a bespoke FM service provider who are looking for a dynamic Contract manager for a portfolio of keys contracts in the Bucks area. This is a exciting opportunity to join an fast paced environment with plenty of opportunity for progression.
Our client is looking for a Manager who has experience delivering soft services across multiple sites with strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will be progressive and bring innovation while drawing on their operational skill set to ensure high performance for all clients.
Role :
Contract Manager for several key clients in the Bucks area along with some locations down to the coast
Managing the day to day performance of all the contracts which includes staff holidays, sickness and personal development
Dealing with all escalations across all the sites to ensure the smooth handling with appropriate problem solving for all issues
Dealing with clients on a day to day basis through face to face meetings, calls and teams calls and building the relationship between key stakeholders and the FM service provider
Oversee all the operations and service lines such cleaning and some Grounds maintenance
Managing a large scale working force of 100+ operatives through a supervisory team of 4
Deliver innovation and bring new ideas to tackle problems and increase the revenue of the contracts
Oversee the KPI s and SLA s across the portfolio maintaining a high level of service
Ensure that all contracts are compliant and that company policies, health and safety are adhered too
Managing the P&L of the contracts of 3million plus with a scope for the portfolio to growth
Candidate :
Previous experience within a similar role ideally within the Facilities Management sector
Strong experience delivering the service line cleaning and grounds maintenance an advantage
Strong commercial acumen and managed a P&L previously ideally of 2million or more
Must be able to demonstrate your ability to manage the operations of multiple sites and large scale work force
Highly reactive and calm under pressure with the ability to deliver solutions and deal with escalations
Client facing with strong communication skills and able to present to both key stakeholders and cleansers on the ground
FM / Facilities Management / Cleaning / IOSH / P&L / FM / Soft services / Contract Manager / Contract Management / FM service provider
