This is an excellent opportunity for a Buyer with estimating experience to take the lead on procurement strategies, working on exciting bespoke projects for a privately owned property developer. The company holds the customer at the centre of everything, developing unique and bespoke homes, delivered to the highest calibre as a result of the teams expert insight and innovation. As a result of their ongoing success, the team hope to recruit an experienced Buyer with estimating experience to assist with all procurement alongside the commercial manager at the company.

In this role you will be involved in activities including but not limited to; ensuring all materials are delivered to sites and purchased at competitive prices, ensuring the procurement of all sites are monitored against budget, maintaining an updated material of schedules, ensure tender process is adhered to, process site purchase orders for replacement materials and ensure tenders are checked and comply with site specification and current trade specification.
