Inventory Analyst - Warehouse

Our large and successful healthcare product supplier has opened an additional warehouse in East Oxfordshire

Reporting directly into the Supply Chain and Distribution Manager, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for supporting with the implementation of new stock policies and procedures as well as operational duties including the managing the inventory levels of approximately 1500 SKUs

This role is 100% office based. Standard working hours are 9pm - 5pm however there is flexibility. Benefits include: private healthcare, critical illness cover, dental insurance, can buy up to 10 days extra annual leave and pension

As Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimising all warehouse inventory levels to ensure that all hospitals receive the right number of products required for their patients
• Forecasting, managing min/max, reorder levels, safety stock and lead times
• Ensuring correct data is collected from various sources and presented to key stakeholders when required
• Use analytical skills to identify discrepancies in inventory
• Think innovatively to help solve routine inventory related problems and make suggestions for improvement

The ideal Inventory Analyst would have the following previous experience:

• Previous experience of evaluating inventory levels
• Advanced excel
• Organization - proactively prioritizes needs and effectively manages resources.
• Communication - communicates clearly and concisely.
• Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building
