Their brand has developed considerably and is a leader in the Device Protection and Distribution sector.The success and continued growth of this business has created an exciting opening for a Technology Buyer focussing on tech devices.The primary focus for this role is to be responsible for sourcing and selecting appliances and related products, from the UK. We are seeking an individual that loves to trade. One that can think outside of the box always seeking new opportunities and passionate to maximise the category.Technology Buyer Role Responsibilities - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers Negotiate pricing and terms of business Development and growth of sourcing Integrate new products and categories Plan and organise product ranges Analyse profits and sales Optimise the sales volume and profitability within your area of responsibility Ensure the best product range is available, working actively with the portfolio Work closely with suppliers and distributors, ensuring excellent working relationships at all times Ensure that bestsellers reach their full potential and slow selling products are minimised Supplier Performance. Conduct regular reviews with key suppliers for driving continuous improvements Key contact for the Tactical purchasing team and Operations for recurring and escalated supplier performance issues like deliveries and qualityTechnology Buyer Skills / Background - 2 years' experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer from the tech sector Self-driven trader Be able to work under pressure Personable disposition Stakeholder management Negotiation skills Numerically advancedThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a really innovative business who are at the forefront of their industry.To discuss in more detail please contact Callum Stainer on or email Callum on
