Recruitment Commercial Manager
Sector: Media
Location: Central London, 2-3 days per week
Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP36,000 (+ GBP14,000 commission in year 1)

The Role: A hugely exciting and rewarding role for a salesperson to join our client for the next phase of their growth and development. The role will focus on the development of corporate accounts through successful delivery of recruitment solutions for a dedicated marketing job board. Speaking with recruitment agencies and corporate firms to discuss their hiring methods, this role will be suited to someone who thrives on being busy, pro-active in their approach and confidence engaging with C-level decision makers to close large deals.
Requirements: To be considered for the role you must have:
- 1 year + proven B2B sales experience
- Resilience, numbers driven, not afraid to pick up the phone and confidently sell their services
- Recruitment or job board experience is preferential

The Package for this role:
- Basic: GBP33-36k
- Bonus / OTE: 14k year 1
