Exciting opportunity to join this global FinTech organisation who are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to appoint a Procurement Project Manager

The Project Manager role sits within the Change Management Office Team and will support the strategy of the Group Procurement function, with a focus on driving excellent project management in their transformation portfolio.  This role will also be responsible for change management business analysis activity across the Third-Party Risk Management Transformation.

If you have the following experience, this role could be for you:

  • Leading business led change initiatives including end to end target operating model and process re-engineering projects within a Finance / Financial Services environment.

  • Strong demonstrable experience in project management and business analysis.

  • “Roll your sleeves up” person who will be effective both as an individual contributor and to be a part of the team.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to successfully lead large-scale programmes including change management.

  • Exposure and evidence of change management skills and self-awareness to take varying approaches with a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to listen.

  • Experience in Procurement and/or Risk Management.

  • Experience of Finance functions.

  • Full experience and knowledge of Business Process Modelling using BPMN 2.0

  • Experience in building out standards for process, development of quality assurance, standard documentation and artefact management.

  • Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify, track and monitor business benefit.

  • Experience and knowledge of large scale, global, change programmes and portfolio management.

  • Experience in managing risk-related transformation programmes.

  • Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • Experience in change and communication delivery who has worked with global procurement support teams and successful change programs across all aspects of procurement – strategic, operational and transactional.
