FM Category Manager - Commercial Real Estate Firm

Your new company
You will be working for a leading commercial real estate firm based in Central London. They are a global business operating in over 120 countries around the world.

Your new role
You will be the FM category manager for this business helping to develop the overall business plan for the FM category. You will be managing soft and hard subcategories, such as utilities, catering, hygiene, waste removal etc. You will have an initial focus on renegotiating some key contracts up for renewal in the new year that are used nationally. Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors will be a pivotal part of this role as overall costs across all UK businesses continue to surge.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience managing the FM category spend in some vein for a UK business. You should also have full understanding and experience within the procurement lifecycle. Experience developing and implement a category strategy (preferably FM), would allow you to hit the ground running and thrive within this role. You should be a confident and driven self-starter who is able to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and effectively influence their decision making.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive base salary of up to GBP70,000 p/a as well as a discretionary bonus. You will be entitled to 25 days annual leave with the option to buy extra holiday once a year. Full health and life insurance will also be provided as standard for the right candidate
