Inventory Controller 18 month FTC

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our clients distribution business in Bordon, Hampshire. The Inventory Coordinator is a pivotal position within the company and is crucial in improving processes to reduce errors.

This role would be perfect for someone with strong organisational and numeracy skills!

What does this role involve?

Weekly reporting of inbound delivery schedules to Inventory Manager

Purchase Order updates to enable accurate reporting of inbound dates

Correction of stock holding within pre-defined sign-off limits

Forecast of demand to aid material flow planning

Execution of the material flow plan

Assisting the Key Interface members with stock related queries in a timely manner

What are we looking for?

We re looking for an effective communicator who can balance conflicting priorities, has strong attention to detail, and who has the ability to follow processes accurately.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and will have experience using SAP.

The role would suit someone who has previous experience working with stock control as well as understanding Warehouse Management systems.

Salary GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 depending on experience.

Hours : Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm
