Salary: GBP45k - GBP60k per annum (Depending on experience)

Company & Project:

We are currently recruiting for a buyer for a residential developer to work in Woodbridge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties will involve full material procurement, as well as completing various administrative tasks.
Liaising with suppliers, preparing key documents for Valuation Meetings and contributing to the running of an efficient Commercial Department.
Responsible for the material scheduling for a number of housing development sites at any one time.
Working alongside the Senior Buyer to ensure smooth running of the department.
Being able to communicate efficiently with the Commercial Director.
Desirable Experience:

Must have previous experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer.
An HND qualification (or equivalent) in a Building related subject is highly desirable.
Qualifications & Skills:

Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel packages and also demonstrate good communication skills.
Must be an enthusiastic, focussed and hardworking individual.
