The Company:
Our client is a well-established international commodity broker & distributor
Main duties:
To be responsible Sales support, Logistic coordination of deliveries throughout Europe,
The Role:
- Track shipments, handle of Non-Conformance, Stock reconciliation processes
- Arrange deliveries to customers from warehouses in UK and Europe by road, air or courier.
- Input correct information on database to create forward allocations & warehouse instructions
- Prepare shipping documents ( warehouse instruction, Packing List, Dangerous goods note, packaging label)
- Handle enquiries, complaints and other aspects of customer service as required
- Monthly stock reconciliations and handling follow-on enquiries from the Finance department
- Invoice customers promptly with correct VAT calculated
- Process charges invoices from warehouses, forwarders and other suppliers
The Candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (Written & spoken)
- Additional fluency in French - Advantageous
- Previous experience in Export and/or Sales Administration
- Knowledge of Shipping/Transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to juggle different pieces of work at the same time
- Proactive and dynamic personality
