Role: Sustainability Data Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £47,000 p/a + Benefits
You will be
A highly Organized with demonstrated understanding of existing dashboards and reporting and preparing annual reporting requirements within the Sustainability field. A high degree of ICT illiteracy is key with our client, so you'll need to demonstrate your ability to apply statistical, analytical, and modelling techniques.
Key Functions of the role
Site audits and reports to improve environmental performance
Environmental reporting and disclosure and managing ESG data aspects of external reporting
Building certification and Support to Development Manager with relevant ESG data for BREEAM-In-Use
Manage Environmental and building certification data aspects of GRESB
Support operational teams to understand data verification requirements and changes requested
Site audits and reports to improve environmental performance
Your Skills include
High degree of ICT literacy
Experience applying statistical, analytical, and modelling techniques
Experience finding, interpreting and comminating data insights
Good understanding of analytical tools or languages, reporting tools such as Power BI, and consolidation of fragmented data sources
Understanding and implementation of GRESB is essential
