Non Tech Recruitment Manager - Sourcing Lead Talent Acquisition
Internal Recruitment Manager in one of the biggest tech firms in the world. Open to people moving from another talent acquisition role or for people wanting to move from agency to inhouse. You must enjoy building internal relationships and be a sourcing expert as you will lead a sourcing team for a high performing division of recruiters.

The basics
Fully remote role
You will ideally be living in England, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg or Netherlands
Paying total Package GBP80k to GBP115k depending on experience level. We can share Euros package if you are based in Europe.
Starting between August and October depending on your availability
Suitable for people who are passionate about leading recruiters and have a strong recruitment background themselves specifically in sourcing
What are they looking for?
.A strong recruitment background plus at least 1 year experience managing recruiters
. You will be a sourcing expert with the majority of your experience being in a sourcing function, delivery team, RPO setting, key accounts team or as a researcher in exec search.
You will need experience in a fast-paced office environment. You can come from a recruitment agency or from an inhouse background
You will need to be used to working in a corporate environment where professionalism and business acumen is crucial
Proactive and hard working
Able to prioritize workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly organised and good at time management
Strong numerical and strategic approach to management
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English. You will need to be able to construct corporate emails to candidates and internal colleagues, so you will need a very strong written communication as well as verbal. The business language of this company despite being international is English. You must genuinely have native, bilingual or completely business fluent language skills
