A market leading house building client of Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Strategic Land Buyer in Peterborough.

As a Strategic Land Buyer you will support the Land Team in the procurement of new land opportunities in a fast paced and competitive market.

Reporting directly to the Land Manager and Senior Land Manager you will collaboratively support the Land Team and development Director.

Responsibilities;

Collectively and individually produce accurate land packs with competitive and effective bids on new land opportunities in a timely manor
Support team members in the identification, bidding and procurement of land opportunities
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with Key contacts such as, Land owners, land agents etc.
Build the land portfolio in line with divisional and company targets, growth and standards
Conduct thorough and accurate research, supporting potential projects and bidding activitySkills and experience

Strict organisation
Adaptability
Previous experience in an administration role
Knowledge of Housing developing procedures and land procurement
Excellent written and verbal communication
IT competency
