CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join the team located in the UK.

The successful candidate will provide first class recruitment support to a Key Client Account who are going through major growth at present. You will support the account through the attraction, selection and management of talent into the organisation, providing end to end recruitment support for high volume technical and supervisory positions.
Key Tasks:

Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process - i.e. candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures
Focused on recruiting high volume technical to supervisory positions
Providing advice and expertise to assist Hiring Managers in being equipped to hire the best candidates in an efficient, compliant and cost effective manage
Sourcing candidates through various sources with a focus on internal and direct hiring, including writing advertisements for job boards, job board CV searches and direct sourcing of candidates via social media and referrals
Managing agency introductions where required via a structured PSL
Advertising positions, CV and telephone screening and supplying suitable candidates to hiring managers
Ensuring compliance and candidate experience through guiding hiring managers in the areas of interview process and protocol, selection and feedback
Maintenance of the recruitment database 'talent source' involving daily data entry
Build relationships with (hiring managers) through predominantly telephone contact with occasional site visits to strengthen relationships and ensure successful and compliant recruitment
Assist internal employees through the internal application process with additional support for any employee seeking redeployment
Ensuring all candidates, internal and external, receive full feedback and unquestionable communication at all stages in the process
Adherence to resourcing SLA's and contribution to month KPR reporting
Support and involvement in resourcing related projects, working within a team environment in a matrixed organisation across various geographies
Support the management and monitoring of recruitment agencies
Person Specification:

Experience within technical recruitment particularly the sourcing of mechanically or electrically biased engineers / shift engineers
Agency, in house or RPO experience
High volume recruitment experience
