Export Clerk

We are looking for an Air Export Clerk to join our busy depot in Heathrow.

Duties are inclusive but not limited to:

Arranging Collection / Bookings / Cutting AWB s / Customs Declarations etc

Communicate effectively with shippers, overseas agents and airlines

Provide recipient quotes in fast, effective and efficient way

General customer service, providing shipment updates etc

Ensure the booking of transport and freight (where appropriate) is done in the most cost effective way

Provide and deliver full airline references details on MAWB s

Ensure Post flights are done the next working day

Ensure accruals are loaded and files invoiced out

Complete the "housekeeping duties" on a fair allocated basis

Manage emails and general office duties

This is a permanent role based in Heathrow office with standard working hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
