Land Buyer Job in South West London
My client has a Land Buyer job available in South West London. This small but growing developer is looking for a Land Buyer to join the business and identify land opportunities across the region.
As the successful Land Buyer, you'll be tasked with looking for opportunities in South West London, Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. This developer is looking to build out sites with 20 - 30 units, a mixture of apartments and houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify land opportunities
- Liaise with local authorities, land owners and land agents on a daily basis
- Legal agreement negotiations
- Work with senior members of the team to negotiate land values
- Build and manage a list of key contacts
- Assist with the planning team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in land buying
- Relevant degree
- Good knowledge on the geographical area
- Driving licence.
What you get back
