Global Senior Procurement Category Manager- Info Sec & Cloud

Summary of Role **This role is a Hybrid role working from home and the London or Ipswich office**The Global Senior Procurement Category Manager of InfoSec & Cloud Operations will have a global focus on sourcing all enterprise and globally deployed software and licensing related to information systems cyber security and cloud operations. This role will be responsible for partnering with the IT and Info Sec teams to ensure sourcing of all cloud-based computing software, disaster recovery, database protection and software development is compliant with WTW's IS security standards, best practices, architecture, systems as well as the industry's security norms to ensure information systems security across the enterprise. A strong knowledge/understanding of how global software and licensing works is essential and experience/background specifically in information security or cloud migration is strongly preferred. The Procurement Category Manager will partner with the CISO and other key technology stakeholders to identify optimization and consolidation opportunities related to WTW's continuous integration and deployment of cloud and info sec technologies as well implementation of application performance management tools.You must have experience in building and maintaining key exec relationships with senior leaders with-in this important category and the role will also act as a trusted advisor and partner for them on information security and cloud maturity matters for WTW. You will support the Head of Enterprise Technology with relevant category planning, strategic assessment and optimization recommendations for the business and will need to work closely with the Network Services & Telco Procurement and Hosting & End User Services Procurement Category Managers.The Global Senior Procurement Category Manager of InfoSec & Cloud Operations may also be responsible for managing a team of Category Specialists and Coordinators, providing leadership support, and mentoring to create a positive team working environment and the development of the team's skillset. The role will require you to work closely with other Category's leads to support the overall S&CM lead and Procurement team's strategy.The scope of the roll also requires you to create and maintain up to date category plans and provide key monthly and adhoc reporting as required and requested by the Head of Enterprise Technology Procurement. In addition to also work closely with the Procurement operations and analytics teams to review and access spend data and spend trends. Experience in negotiating large projects also desirable.The successful candidate will also have a creative and positive approach to problem solving and a strong collaborative approach with other team members and stakeholders. Manage a team of category specialists and coordinators

Create a positive team working relationships and support the Head of Enterprise Technology Procurement and Procurement team strategy.
