Junior Buyer

We are excited to be working with a retail business who are looking for a two Junior Buyers to join their friendly team. Currently a fully remote role with a view to becoming hybrid in the next 6 months (possibly a couple of times a week in the head office based in Surrey).

Key elements of the role include:

* Support the delivery of retail ranges for products in the UK and globally

* Support the implementation of new product launches

* Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Buying administration including updating product and supplier data

* Dealing with supplier invoice and pricing queries

* Support product and pricing coordination

What you will bring:

* Experience in a similar role within retail, food and beverage or manufacturing sectors etc.

* Experience of supporting category and product strategies

* Strong communication skills

* Organised with efficient time management skills

* Adaptable to changing priorities

* Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

You should be comfortable with occasional travel locally and possibly internationally from time to time.
