INTERIM GLOBAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER HR/PS - ICONIC FTSE 100 FIRM - LONDON (FLEXIBLE WORKING) - £650 PER DAY

This Global major is urgently seeking an experienced procurement professional to join on an initial 6 month contract as Global Sourcing Lead HR & Professional Services. With this firm spanning over 80 countries, over 100,000 employees and a world-class strategic sourcing hub, you will partner with executive stakeholders to position Procurement more strategically within the firm

Interim Procurement Manger HR/PS role involvements:-

Working closely with the Global Category Manager to set key category strategies for the HR & Professional Services areas including Employee Benefits, Health & Wellness, HR & Recruitment, Tax, Audit, Consultancy, Legal etc (approx. spend value £150M)

Being an influential player in rolling out the firm's sustainable procurement programme, owning senior stakeholder relationships to maintain procurement's integral position within the business

To be successful in your application you must:-

Have strong knowledge across the full procurement lifecycle (RFP/RFQ, contract drafting / management, stakeholder management and SRM) with previous indirect category experience preferred (HR, Professional Services, FM, Travel, Marketing etc)

Possess excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

Have a strong track record of successfully managing multi-million procurement projects, with a CV that demonstrates impressive savings
