Project Procurement Manager - FTSE 100 Technology Organisation

Location: Swindon / Bristol

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits inc. Bonus

Now, they are seeking an ambitious procurement professional to join the team and engage in projects in the Global mobility space, where they are using their world-class expertise to transform the world of technology, with innovation and modernisation at the heart of all they do.

You will be joining as a Project Procurement Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement and acting as the key interface between procurement and project management (NPD, engineering etc.). With responsibility for a Global spend, your portfolio will include electronic, technology and engineering works and services, where you will lead on strategy development and complex negotiations across a number of suppliers and sub-contractors.

With a world-class approach to procurement and operations, you will be sitting in a function that prides itself on innovative techniques, where cutting-edge technology is implemented across processes. They have fantastic opportunities for progression and have a record for retaining top talent, so you can either move diagonally across teams or upwards within this category-team. They will also financially sponsor CIPS qualifications and offer other training and development opportunities to ensure that you are maximising your potential to succeed in this first-class, top-tier environment.

Project Procurement Manager requirements…

  • Ability to demonstrate successful Project Procurement or Supplier Relationship Management within a large organization or extensive direct/indirect procurement experience with a focus on project procurement / SRM
  • Strong skills surrounding SRM and driving strategy across the end to end procurement function
  • Desire to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
