We are looking for an exceptional candidate who puts relationship building at the top of their list of skill sets.
If you enjoy creating, building and change, this could be the perfect opportunity.
You will be comfortable with, and able to manage change, and will have previous, demonstrable experience of setting up a strategic SRM & Partnership function in a Global organisation.
You will be comfortable working with stakeholders from “C” level down (both internal and external) and will bring instant credibility.
You will also be a “roll your sleeves up” kind of person who will be an effective leader (managing a team of 2) but also an individual contributor.
This is a brand new and extremely important role within the business.
Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in SRM, designing best in class SRM frameworks and successful supplier relationship building.
-
10+ years experience in complex, high spend sourcing in Technology and Professional Services, preferably including experience of large scale IT and/or business process outsource and management thereafter of the relationships.

Excellent stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

Ability to influence.
-
Highly collaborative with strong influencing skills and a team player.

Strong organisational skills & positive presence
