Category Manager - Managed Impulse Channel
Slough (Hybrid working c20-40% office based)
As our Category Manager - Managed Impulse, you will build a trusted category partnership with our Managed Impulse retailers and Out of Home suppliers in the Channel through developing and delivering inspiring category solutions & recommendations that generate category growth and KP share growth. You'll also take ownership of key category processes including internal and external Period Reporting and providing ad hoc analysis to support our sales team to deliver its objectives (both internal and external). You'll also be the voice of Managed Impulse and Out of Home in the business; ensuring customer trends and opportunities are being shared and shaping the development of business opportunities.
As our Category Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Keeping the customer at the heart of our business
* Leading the commercial agenda within KP Snacks
* Insight, planning and category vision
* Developing category capability across commercial teams
Your key relationships/stakeholders will include:
* Key customers - Spar, Unitas, Sugro, Bidfood and Brakes
* Data agencies - Nielsen, Kantar, IRi, Salesout
* Other data agencies - Cat Com, DCActiv

Job requirements:
Strong, proven analytical capability
Proven prior experience within FMCG category consulting/management
