* 150 to 200 headcount business so an SME mentality

* Manage a team of two (help coach and mentor the team through CIPS)

* There is a massive opportunity here - it's an GBP18m t/o business which has made large strides when it comes to lean manufacturing & process improvement etc.

* But the purchasing side of the business hasn't had that same level of dedicated best practice - so you will be able to make a big impact in this very successful business
