Procurement FM Category Manager
You will be the lead in all matters regarding FM procurement, setting strategies, dealing with vendors, understanding the needs of the stakeholders, and acting as a point of escalation for issues that may arise.

The client is a global accounting firm who operate in over 150 countries. The procurement team is undergoing transformation, and with a new Head of Procurement in place, this new role is part of the vision for the procurement team moving forwards.

Creating and managing the FM category plan
Being the strategic sourcing lead for all FM subcategories - waste removal, utilities, catering, hygiene, building management, office leasing etc
Build long lasting relationships with all key property and FM stakeholders
Ensuring maximum value is delivered through negotiation
Developing a vendor management programmeProfile
Procurement FM Category Manager
Several years experience in property/FM procurement
Understanding of the full procurement life cycle (including vendor management)
Able to create a category strategy and implement thisJob Offer
Excellent salary, plus cash allowance
Remote working
