Buyer

We are looking for an astute Senior Buyer, capable of adding value to a small team and working effectively with the business stakeholders and cross-functioning departments.
Ideally educated to a degree level or with significant working knowledge of international supply chains, data analytics or completely competent with numbers, you must be able to add value and understand how a business strategy can be influenced by procurement improvement .
You must be adaptable to change in order to meet future business demands as our e-commerce division expands.
You must be able to gather data, analyse that data and mitigate risks to the supply chain by proactively offering resolutions where required, so a good knowledge of importation logistics (global & UK), manufacturing and complex supply chains is essential as is a knowledge of raw materials and componentry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, XRL skills and a proactive quick thinking hands-on approach to inventory management is essential.
