An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created B2C Category & Insights Lead within our Health & Wellness Division. This is seen as a key position for a commercially astute individual and will have significant autonomy and visibility within the organization.

* Development of compelling category insights / stories to inform our brand strategies across our Human and Animal Divisions

* Strong collaboration with cross functional teams to provide the required insights and support to successfully achieve our commercial objectives

* Active involvement in H&W strategic projects to ensure insights are informing our decision making process

* Build strong working relationships with our strategic partners to maximise impact and outcomes (both retailer partners and agencies)

* Close collaboration with other ADM stakeholders to leverage synergies and insights

* Dissemination of various data sources to enable category and shopper led decisions

* Manage the data / insights budget ensuring effectively spent to deliver overall category and business objectives

* Provide up to date industry trend analysis, competitive activity and changing consumer behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reports

Your Profile

* Minimum 5 years of commercial / category experience within B2C environment

* Experience of building strong working relationships with retail customers

* Confident, articulate, numerate, analytical, literate and capable of producing highly accurate insights, presentations and reports

* Demonstrable ability to self-motivate and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

* Ability to analyse problems to develop solutions and using initiative to get desired results

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach

* Outstanding computer proficiency in Excel as well as strong knowledge of Word and Powerpoint

* Experience using data provider software such as Kantar, AC Nielsen, and retailer specific EPOS data providers
