Role: Buyer / Purchasing Negotiator
Salary: GBP25k -GBP35k (Dependent upon experience)
Location: Doncaster
Hours of work: 37.5 hours (40 hours inclusive of 30-minute lunchbreak)
Purpose of the role:
The Buyer will join the established property purchasing team in sourcing and identifying your own property purchases from a variety of sources, within a predefined geographical area.
You will be focussed individually and as part of the wider team on sourcing properties from a variety of sources including specialist industry specific external platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
You will maximise the potential from existing customer data using the internal CRM
From identifying potential properties to acquire, you will be managing ongoing negotiations with external and internal stakeholders throughout and managing property purchases through to completion stage.
Responsibilities:
Establishing and developing a strong network of potential suppliers
Identifying and nurturing key relationships with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
Obtaining and communicating local housing market intelligence and opportunities
Identifying new properties for potential purchase
Developing an understanding of the CRM systems and sourcing software (HubSpot & Alto) to maximise potential deals from existing customer data
Proactively contacting historical clients and embarking upon keep warm customer campaigns
Liaising with all relevant internal teams to ensure the smooth transition of information
Ensuring information for ongoing purchase completed accurately in line with required timeframes
Achieving and exceeding individual targets and team goals
What you bring:
Industry sector knowledge, ideally having worked in Commercial or Residential as Lettings or Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency, in New Home Sales with a Building developer, as a Land Valuer or Commercial / Residential Property Valuer. We will also consider applications from applicants with Property Finance experience, specialising in bridging loans or an understanding of Probate and Conveyancing from a Legal Firm.
Experience of working in a fast-paced, growing business environment

Developing innovative ways to expand on the existing supplier network
Systems:
Alto, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of Teams, Outlook, and Word
