Senior Supplier Relationship Manager

As the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will lead and engage collaboratively with our suppliers by setting strategic directions to optimise value, prevent value leakage and facilitating continuous service improvement plans.

You will be accountable for managing complex relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders, design and shape supplier delivery programme, being agile to meet ever changing market requirement and to manage the Supplier Development Programme to ensure frameworks and methods are operationalised and delivered into effective ways of working.

You will be able to suggests new and unconventional perspectives which challenge current paradigms and identify and develop innovative ideas that supports SWS business objectives.

Reporting to Head of Supplier & Contract Management, your role will be key in managing two direct reports and working alongside three Senior Managers in a supportive and friendly team.

We need you to demonstrated evidence of deploying leading-practice supplier relationship management strategies with proven experience of developing supplier relationships to be successful in this role. You will be an excellent communicator, highly influential and able to manage expectations of senior stakeholders. Being commercially acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, you will be confident in in creating presence while driving outcomes with overall stakeholders and suppliers.
