As the Contract Management Centre of Excellence Specialist you will be part of the business-wide transformation of defining and executing Contract Management capability within Southern Water. You will play a critical role in promoting adoption of best practice, monitoring compliance, and accelerating the standardisation of contract management across the organisation.

You will support the development of an overarching Contract Lifecycle Management framework, including processes, tools, templates and training that can be used to leverage Contract Management capability across the business. As a confident communicator, you will act as a direct conduit to contract management teams and other key stakeholders in supporting the Centre of Excellence communications and knowledge management.

Your presence will provide support with management and administrative actives required for the development of the Centre of Excellence, bringing subject matter expertise to contract managers and key stakeholders. Maintaining a community of practice to share contract management best practice you will facilitate continuous improvement to meet changing demands.

You will have previous contract management experience and be adept at gathering and analysing data. You will use your excellent communications skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
