CARGO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - (E-COMMERCE LOGISTICS)
***NEW POSITION ***
My clients a global airline, they are seeking an experience BDM for their Cargo Division (E-commerce Logistics) based within the Heathrow area. The main purpose of this role would be to seeking new business and increase revenue in the UK.
Duties would include:
- Conduct sales presentations and participate in RFQ
- Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers
- Manage a sales pipeline of potential customers and convert to new customer accounts
- Preparing quotations, sales reports and invoices
- Account management
- On boarding of customers
- Acting as the point of contact for operations for new business
- Creating customer reporting
- Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce to achieve targets
Skills needed:
- Minimum 5+ years sales experience
- Client focused
- Dynamic
- Target driven
- PC literate
- Previous experience within E-commerce/ Logistics industry
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Team player
