Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Purchasing Administrator, for a client located in Sedgefield.
The successful candidate will enter accurate data and keep detailed records of all orders and deliveries and provide support for the full business as required. You will be joining a forward thinking, dynamic company that's always looking for new ways to grow and progress its workforce. You'll be part of a team that want you to work to the best of your ability.
Support Duties will include:
Order processing
Maintaining and updating customer records
Providing support to internal and external managers
Keeping up to date with product knowledge
Upselling of our product combinationsWhat we are looking for:
Goal orientated, motivated and thrives on providing excellent customer service
Purchase admin experience
Proven track record in an admin role (desirable)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with a high level of dedication and strong work ethicWhat we are offering:
Flexible start time so you can choose 8-4/9-5/10-6pm
Monday to Friday shift no weekends
12 weeks guaranteed workThe role has the possibility of going perm in the future.
