About The Role:

?? Accommodation Managers will play an integral part in the end to end management of accommodation contracts and the accommodation service delivery
?? Research accommodation within potential and awarded Host Countries for international sporting events
?? Data entry and archiving of research
?? Assist with procurement related activities as required
?? Rate gathering, analysis, negotiation, and processing
?? Production of accommodation specific contracts
?? Receipt & verification of accommodation contracts
?? Maintain the Contract/Supplier archives
?? Data entry & maintenance of accommodation contracts and property information forms within the accommodation IT systems ensuring 100% accuracy
?? Management of contracted inventory including additions and releases in line with contractual obligations and fluctuating demand
?? Production, maintenance, and delivery of reports, both internal & external including inventory reports and rooming lists
?? Information provision to and query resolution for accommodation providers
?? Monitoring of contract compliance and supplier performance management, escalating issues to Senior Contract & Inventory Manager or Head of Department where appropriate
?? Assistance with calculating, reporting and recording of payments to suppliers
?? Round the clock assistance during event periods with the possibility of domestic and international travel
?? Post Event Reconciliation
?? Work closely with personnel from other business areas to fulfill both supply & demand obligations increasing the success of event operations, sharing information and skills where appropriate

Essential Skills & Experience

?? Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
?? Min of 5 GCSEe including match and English or equivalent
?? Experience within accommodation or hospitality or events or sporting industries
?? Contract management experience
?? Excellent communication and presentation skills
?? Highly proficient on systems particularly for reporting

About The Benefits

?? Working 9 hours a day between 7am-7pm mostly Monday-Friday however due to the demands of working on large scale sporting events flexibility will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days
?? Salary GBP22000
?? 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
