Sales and Logistics Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding Bio Science company in Reading, up to GBP24,000 per annum, 35 hours a week, excellent benefits.

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator will be picking and packing orders for UK and Exports and placing orders onto the system and expediting the orders through to safe delivery. General packing and administrative duties within packing department

Picking and packing orders for both UK and Export customers
Liaising with delivery partners including couriers, carriers and forwarders
Processing delivery notes against all UK orders
Management of all postal duties
Liaison with Sales Consultants team processing UK and Export orders and managing purchase orders and deliveries
Liaison with production team regarding stock, orders and deliveries
Carrying out other tasks as required

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator is required to carry out a number of different tasks and you will need:

Excellent IT skills, include MS Office packages
Good organization skills, prioritizes and plan work activities and uses time efficiently.
Good communication skills, be able to express ideas and thoughts and keeps others adequately informed.
Good customer service, display courtesy and sensitivity and manage customer needs and situations.
Previous experience in a similar multi-faceted is essential
