Salary: £70-75,000 + Benefits

Join an award-winning organisation in the top of their market, who have a competitive 630+ property portfolio within healthcare premises. Join this team as they embark on 'sixbysix' as they look to have 6 million people benefit from their healthcare buildings in the next 6 years. This strategy is going to be done through new, more sustainable buildings and internal improvement's to old properties, improving disability access and providing space for community projects and much more.

They are looking for a talented Supply Chain Lead to work responsibly across the whole business to ensure a coordinated approach is taken to all supplier management and engagement. They are ready for a keen individual to develop and implement a new supply chain strategy that will support & achieve company future ambitions.

The Supply Chain Lead will work collaboratively across the business with a bunch of colleagues to identify weaknesses within the supply chain activities to improve these resulting in driven cost efficiency by leveraging economies of scale where possible.

You will also implement best approach practises with suppliers and ensure that they are meeting the companies requirements from a H&S, financial and general compliance perspective in addition to meeting other relevant policies, such as ethical trading, inclusion & diversity, slave labour, etc.

This successful candidate will detail good supply chain or/and procurement experience and ideally in an organisation where property development activities occur. They should have strong communication and negotiation skills and show a clear ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
