Construction Buyer

One of the UK's leading House Builders are looking to add a talented, commercially minded Buyer to their successful and growing team based in Leeds.

The Company

With over 800 employees building new homes, assisting living accommodation, acquiring and developing land, and refurbishing homes.

The successful Buyer will join a leading provider of innovative residential construction and regeneration developments with over 50 years success in the industry.

The Buyer

You will be a confident and numerate professional who has experience as a Buyer within a construction company and can provide take offs from drawings.

If you are self-motivated, ask questions, want to learn, and progress with a company long term, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Experience:

A HND qualification is beneficial
Experience in a Buying role
Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
COINS experience is an advantage!
