We have a great opportunity to work with a market leading specialist serving clients across East England with over 30 years of experience in their field. The purpose of this role is to ensure that data is accurately recorded and delivered to all parties in a timely fashion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the relevant parties and answering any queries effectively and efficiently.

Key Duties:
* Arrange mutually convenient appointment times with Tenants by telephone.
* Produce and send letters to all Tenants in respect of forthcoming appointments conforming to the Client specific procedure.
* Planning the day to day works and distribute/communicate work accordingly.
* Ensuring the cascade of data is both accurate and timely.
* Ensuring up to date records are both produced and kept via the appropriate mediums on time.
* Liaise with the other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
* Answering and dealing with phone calls from both Clients and Tenants.
Skill & Qualifications Required:
* Experience of a fast moving, pressured environment where speed and accuracy are imperative
* Previous experience working within an energy company is preferred
* Previous experience working within an office environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
