Inventory Planner

Our client has a vacancy for an Inventory Planner to analyse product and sales data to forecast future inventory requirements and achieve maximum stock availability within agreed open to buy constraints.

Forecasting demand is fundamental to successful inventory planning and the successful applicant will work closely with Brand Managers to ensure efficient maintenance and development of our forecasting and reporting systems. You will also work with the in-house Logistics and Operations Teams and external suppliers to improve and maintain our purchasing efficiency.

Your primary objective will be the achievement of stock availability and stock turn targets. You'll be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of stock planning and purchasing tasks, self-motivated but also enjoy working within a team.

Possessing excellent numeracy skills along with advanced Excel, you'll be an excellent communicator with an organized approach to your work.
