It's a great time to join us as we continue to transform our business and we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Premium Finance Commercial Manager. This is a newly created role, and we are looking for someone with proven commercial experience and ideally an understanding of consumer credit regulations to lead the delivery of our commercial strategy.

The Role

Leading our go forward premium finance commercial strategy, including proposition you will be accountable for all commercial outcomes relating to the product.

You will work closely with the Premium Finance Product Manger to ensure the product continues to meet all regulatory requirements and continues to demonstrate good value to customers.

We're flexible on location, this can be based at home or either of our offices in Bexhill or London Cannon Street.

How you will make a difference:

• You will be responsible for the commercial performance of our Premium Finance product and ensuring appropriate controls and reporting are in place.
• You will be responsible for managing the external relationship with our DCA provider including commercial outcomes and customer journey performance.
• You will deliver and maintain an effective premium finance journey that delivers strong commercial performance while continuing to adhere to regulatory obligations.
• Working with other departments on the development and roll out of new processes, including briefing and training material related to minimising defaults, maximising retention and minimising default led cancellations.
• You will be responsible for the management of all live and cancelled debt including ensuring the financial provisioning is appropriate.

Skills and experience

As a growing business this role is critical to our delivery and success, it will be exciting, busy, varied and challenging so a hands-on approach is key.

You will ideally have a strong understanding of Credit Regulations and detailed knowledge of UK insurance market.
